"Equitable Trust is a niche mortgage lender that serves single family, small and large commercial borrowers and their mortgage advisors. It also serves the investing public as a provider of guaranteed investment certificates.


Since its inception in 1970, Equitable Trust has grown into a very successful and sizeable company. In recognition of our growth and success, Equitable erected a sign at its head office located at 30 St. Clair Ave. West in Toronto atop the building. In order to do this, the company tendered the job and received six applications of expressed interest. Of the six, Kwik Signs was recommended by the property management team from previous experiences.


As a follow-up to each proposal, I found Kwik Signs to be the most responsive providing a simple and clear understanding of the process, timelines, and associated costs for the job. I found the pricing to be extremely competitive and reasonable. In fact, Kwik Signs were the only company who performed a site inspection along with sending an electrician to assess the best method of installation.


Erecting the sign had its challenges with a safety wall that could potentially obstruct the view of the logo. The installation team re-adjusted the plans from a previous supplier to accommodate a full view of the company's logo. The process went exceptionally smooth with Kwik Signs communicating directly with the property management team on the security and clearance leading to and on the day of the sign raising.
